Astghine Pasoyan

Astghine Pasoyan has over twenty years of experience working in energy efficiency and environmental economics as a seasoned expert  and sustainable energy finance adviser. She holds an M.A. in Environmental Management and has a managed project portfolio and a fundraising record of over $25 million. Over the past fifteen years, Astghine has managed energy efficiency planning and legal reform efforts, market assessment and investment identification in various sectors of economy, developing sustainable energy financing schemes, housing policy, capacity building, residential and public building energy efficiency programmes and financing mechanisms, and public outreach. She has designed and delivered training programmes in energy efficiency and sustainable energy to different academic and professional audiences, and she has also managed initiatives aimed at assessing the investment climate for sustainable energy finance, initiating and lobbying reform promoting sustainable energy investment.
